gain created as a result of on-time/on-budget development and stabilization
of the resulting hotel project. On the other hand, the developer ends
up with the lion's share of the long-term equity gains and asset
income-production.

syndication program approach to increase equity contributions so as to
induce a construction lender into providing a non-recourse loan for the
construction and initial stabilization period of the hotel. This is

On Time Completion. Due diligence services are
completed on a timely basis. If the required document is not
substantially complete and delivered by the due date, you get it free.
Real estate development opportunities are very time sensitive and you have to be on
schedule to capture the opportunity.

Report Quality. We warrant the quality of our
work. You will see a sample report and the final report will be
professionally-formatted and delivered as an electronic file. If we
can't make it satisfactory, the fee associated with that portion of the
service is refunded. We can't warrant an outcome, but we can warrant
the quality of the product you purchase.
