RMC's minimum retainer is still only $5,000 for new clients. You can

reports for as little as $250.00 for your project.

Flat fee. Once we identify a scope of
work a
flat fee is assigned and that is the cost paid for the service. There
are no extras (unless you order them). Control of your destiny starts
with controlling the budget.

On Time Completion. Due diligence services are
completed on a timely basis. If the required document is not
substantially complete and delivered by the due date, you get it free.
Real estate development opportunities are very time sensitive and you have to be on
schedule to capture the opportunity.

Report Quality. We warrant the quality of our
work. You will see a sample report and the final report will be
professionally-formatted and delivered as an electronic file. If we
can't make it satisfactory, the fee associated with that portion of the
service is refunded. We can't warrant an outcome, but we can warrant
