  • Market Feasibility Studies.  The market feasibility study's goal is to provide definitive evidence of entrenched demand for the type of commercial income-producing property being proposed for capital financing.  Rainmaker utilizes a comprehensive approach to each assignment - providing reporting detail on sales revenues, services and amenities schedules, project staffing, operating costs, occupancy/operating capacity schedules and related elements.  In terms of project feasibility studies, the market feasibility study is the most important document in the continuum of commercial real due diligence documents that are required to support a capital funding request as all other documents are based, to one extent or another, the market feasibility study.

  • Financial Feasibility Studies.  Rainmaker's approach is to utilize the data points of the market feasibility study as the key assumptions in the forecast.  Rainmaker's exclusive software provides an incredible level of detailed reporting of all schedules that include the assumptions for each component schedule's line items and comprehensive line item notes to the pro forma financial statements.  While the market feasibility study may be considered to be the crown jewel (in terms of project feasibility studies) the pro forma financial presentation is always the document most eagerly anticipated.
